Gateway continues to blow great chances and now will need to pull off something miraculous, downn 10-0 with 6:17 left.

At the half, it's Woodland Hills 10, Gateway 0.

Woodland Hills pulls off a double reverse for a 14-yard touchdown on 4th down. WH is physically outplaying Gateway so far and now lead 10-0.

The AAAA game is underway and Woodland Hills strikes first with a Field Goal. 3-0 WH.

On 4th and 13, WA breaks up a pass by Hopewell and is on their way to a championship and a 36-28 win.

Shell scores from 68 yards out. Now 36-28 West Allegheny with 9 minutes to go. Shell and Caputo both have 4 touchdowns each.

It's the end of the 3rd with West A up 36-21.

Shell coughs up the ball with 1:12 left at the WA 15 yard line. Shell then appears to take the ball back on defense, but the ref's call the runner down. Replay shows it was definitely a fumble. A couple tough breaks for Hopewell.

Jared Buck dives in from a yard out to extend West A's lead to 36-21 with 5 minutes to go in the third. Hopewell's defense has no answer for the wildcat offense of WA.

Shell dives to the front corner of the endzone and makes it 29-21 West Allegheny. Shell now has all three Hopewell touchdowns.

The half starts and Hopewell has a little something in their step. They will need a big comeback but definitely have the talent to do it.

6:31p.m.- It's halftime and it has started to SNOW here at Heinz Field!

As time expires, Rushel Shell scores from 5 yardsas out, bowling his way into the endzone to make it 29-14 WA at the half. It is truly Shell vs. Caputo.

Guess who? Caputo with another TD, this time from 11 yards out. WA leads Hopewell 29-7 nearing halftime. Caputo has 4 TD's!

Caputo strikes again, his third TD gives WA a 22-7 lead.

Rushel Shell scores from 8 yards out. WA still leads though, 15-7.

Mike Caputo is carrying the load for West A, scoring his 2nd TD and giving WA a 15-0 lead.

Class AAA is underway! West Allegheny converts a interception into a Mike Caputo TD! They convert 2 point conversion - WA leads 8-0.

Obviously, the AAA game is all about the running backs, with Rushel Shell from Hopewell and Mike Caputo from West Allegheny. But, MSA Broadcaster Johnny Lee made a good point by saying it is going to be the player other than Shell or Caputo who steps up that will be the reason his team wins.
