Student Athlete Spotlight - Kelly Feiertag
|
|
Kelly Feiertag is a senior at Greater Latrobe High School. She has been playing volleyball since the 3rd grade, among other sports. While playing volleyball,
She has started and lettered all four years, at the setter position, of her high school career.
She has made 1st and 2nd team section, being an honorable mention as a freshman. She was on the third team all WPIAL as a junior, and was on the second team
all WPIAL this year as a senior. She has led the Wildcats to their 1st section title in 29 years in 2007, leading them to WPIAL playoffs for 3 straight years.
She has been a captain her jr. and sr. years while leading them to a 9-0 start this season. Kelly was also named to the 2008 Pennsylvania State team.
Kelly maintains a 3.8 gpa and assists with local community volleyball programs.

| How to Get Your Student in the Spotlight |
|
Balancing sports, schoolwork, and other activities is one of your
child's greatest challenges. We at MSA Sports would like to
spotlight some of these students who do just that - and do it WELL!
Parents, teachers, family members and friends, we need your help
identifying students to feature in the Student Athlete Spotlight.
Send a photograph of the student, along with some biographical
information. Student bio should be brief (2 or 3 paragraphs) and
include sport played and position, academic and other honors, GPA,
extracurricular activities, and any other information that helps to
showcase the achievements and character of this student athlete.
Once your child is selected we will send you a permission form to
allow us to post the student's picture and profile. Please
use this form to submit a student
for consideration.
