Carlow University Student Athlete Spotlight - Tyler Lunevich
MSA Sports Network
Student Athlete Spotlight - Tyler Lunevich Tyler Lunevich is currently a junior at Seneca Valley High School and will graduate in 2009. He maintain a 3.9 GPA and take multiple honors courses and has been on the High Honors Roll for the past three years.

Tyler enjoys playing sports all the time both at a social and competitive level. Soccer is really the only sport he plays competitively as it is the sport that he enjoys the most. Tyler has played soccer for many years, both outdoors and indoors. At the moment, Tyler plays club soccer for the Beadling U17 team in the Western Appalachian Soccer (WAPS) League and go to various showcase tournaments. Tyler also starts on the Seneca Valley High School Varsity soccer team and play on other different teams for tournaments such as the Keystone Games. He has played various defensive positions on the field such as outside back, inside back and sweeper and has lettered in both of my sophomore and junior seasons.

On the field, Tyler strives to do his best and always improves his game. He tends to work hard and never gives up on and off of the field. When not playing a sport Tyler, likes to relax with his friends.

In his spare time Tyler referees soccer games and has done this for the last 4 years. Most of the games are local but he has traveled out of state a few times to referee for various tournaments. Tyler is rated as a Grade 8 referee which allows him to referee classic and travel league games.

After graduation from High School, Tyler prefers to go to a college that is within a reasonable drive from home. It is his goal to continue playing soccer at the collegiate level and knows that this will involve considerable time and effort while training to become his best. Tyler plans to major in architecture.

How to Get Your Student in the Spotlight
MSA Sports Network
Balancing sports, schoolwork, and other activities is one of your child's greatest challenges. We at MSA Sports would like to spotlight some of these students who do just that - and do it WELL!

Parents, teachers, family members and friends, we need your help identifying students to feature in the Student Athlete Spotlight. Send a photograph of the student, along with some biographical information. Student bio should be brief (2 or 3 paragraphs) and include sport played and position, academic and other honors, GPA, extracurricular activities, and any other information that helps to showcase the achievements and character of this student athlete.

Once your child is selected we will send you a permission form to allow us to post the student's picture and profile. Please use this form to submit a student for consideration.
